I've always wanted to stop here but haven't had the chance until today. Very nice inside. There is a juke box & signs that says there's live music on Saturdays.
I ordered a Mai Tai to drink and it was good & strong, you can actually taste the alcohol in it unlike a lot of other places!
I ordered the lunch sushi you pick 3 rolls, I got Alaska, Philadelphia & salmon.
It comes with miso soup & salad.
The sushi was great.
The salad I was also impressed by because it had plenty of dressing & I always have to ask for extra dressing at different restaurants.
The miso soup was also good!
Reasonably priced also.
& they have outdoor seating! -

Update: came here for date night. I'm not sure if Easter was just stressful but it was a COMPLETELY different night. Food-Amazing. Service- Amazing. Drinks- Strong! Lol We honestly made the decision to only come here for Asian food from now on. I ordered steamed dumplings and crab rangoons, a spicy salmon sushi and happy family meal. Each experience was delicious and clean. The sushi was the best I've ever had. You could tell it was fresh. The crabrangoons were a bit hot but the filling was creamy and flavorful. The Rangoon itself was perfectly fried and the sauce it came with was balanced! My happy family was just amazing, the scallops were to die for and everything blended into one dish.
FIRST REVIEW::Went here on Easter. Our normal place was closed. We ordered the typical buffet of appetizers: dumplings, Rangoon's, lo mein, eggrolls, chicken fingers. Overall, the food was good but nothing spectacular. I had asked in person when I placed the order about spring rolls vs eggrolls to make sure I was getting the right thing, when I got home I realized I had received the wrong items. Since the drive was back across town I didn't go back, I had a hungry family waiting. The dumplings and ragoons were better than our normal place.
The interior was really nice. Very classy, clean and professional. -

Toyo offers delicious Asian cuisines along with amazing hibachi. It's always fun to dine in and watch the show that the hibachi chefs put on for the table! Also what I really like about Toyo are the lunch specials! The prices are unbeatable for the tasty food that you get!

This restaurant is managed incompetently. My family went here for Mother's Day and ended up waiting an hour WITH A RESERVATION. When we asked what the delay was we were told that other parties were late to their reservations. At every other restaurant I've ever been to late reservations are not sat because they have MISSED their reservation. Used to love this place. Never going back. Thanks for ruining Mother's day.
